Alice Jung is a Korean American who travels around the world collecting data of traditional and modern social practices. Alice is particularly interested in identity, ethnicity, modern culture values of the Internet. In such a rapid informative world we are living in, it shows that the more we consume the faster waste production happens. The Internet nowadays is like a huge blender machine where cultures all over world are mixing cultures which defines another. In a conflicted environment, Alice is confused most of the time. She finds that the act of practicing of becoming someone else defines who she is more clearly. By comparison, Alice is able to build more characters and personalities confidently and move into her art practices.
