Vasa Mihich’s latest piece is on display at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel in the Kodak complex. He is working on numerous commissions and recently completed commissions for Secretary-General of the United Nations Kofi A. Annan, Queen Silvia of Sweden and the three-time NBA champion all-star Shaquille O’Neal. Mihich was on sabbatical spring quarter of 2004. He is currently in the studio every day working on a series of new paintings. Among other projects that Vasa has worked on was a commission from Google to create 30 sculptures and a commission from a law firm that will be on display in the lobby of the MGM building in Century City.
