Inspired by Edges of the Experiment, a book published by Marie-José Jongerius, this newly-minted DMA Photography and Ecology Salon will explore how photography can relate to ecology (literally "discourse of the house"). Its other impetus is the drastic reduction of our radius of action the current pandemic caused. Now that it is centered on the place we live and its immediate vicinity, how do we keep making meaningful work? In addition, what are the visibilities we need to best orient ourselves in the ecological crisis?
