this project examines (dis)continuities in space and time by virtually and physically modeling the sum volume of space occupied by a falling leaf over ~1/3 second. the resulting sculpture embodies the beauty and fluidity of the 4D space occupied during the fall, and is suggestive of the internal and external forces that affect the movement.
