Bureaucracy, a participatory art performance by Nicholas Hanna and Richard Wheeler, will open a special “Express” processing center at UCLA on Monday, April 15 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This is an opportunity to prequalify for your Bureaucracy ID card, which is needed to participate in future Bureaucracy performances.
