Sue Huang

Sue Huang

Born in Saudi Arabia, 1979, Sue currently lives between Stockholm and Los Angeles. She has been working most recently as an assistant at Kram/Weisshaar and Vasa Studios, as well as developing new work in her studio. Her recent solo and collaborative works have been presented at the Greater LA MFA exhibition in Long Beach, 300m3 in Gothenburg, ITP NYU in New York, the Beall Center in Irvine, and Kulturhuset in Stockholm. She holds an MFA from UCLA Design | Media Arts, and is a graduate of Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service and Phillips Exeter Academy. She has also studied previously at Chalmers University in Sweden and Waseda University in Japan. She was a recipient of the Edna and Yu-Shan Han Endowed Award for her MFA studies and of the Beall Center Artist Honorarium.
